#15) YOU Have TWO Minds...

Weight loss is easy, there I said it and I will say it again, weight loss is easy. It all depends upon your state of mind as to whether it is easy or a struggle for you. If you enter into a program with the mindset that you're going to experience starvation and deprivation and it's going to be difficult, then I promise you that that is what you will experience. If you enter into the program with the mindset that it's going to be easy and fun and that you're going to experience fast weight loss and improved health potential as you slim down and begin to look fit, then that is exactly what you will experience. The biggest problem with patients embarking upon a weight loss program is their addictions to the foods they eat and the drinks they drink that make him fat. What people ask me is, Dr. Doyle I want to lose weight,  slim down, look good and I want my health  restored, but don't take away the foods and drink that I'm addicted to and don't make me do anything to change my lifestyle and habits.

Our program is fast and easy and it's objective is weight loss for life.  We take a mind-body approach in our slim down programs with the objective  of you achieving  weight loss for life. If you read my prior blogs, Fat brain and Timmy, you will understand the battle  the addicted person faces who has stubborn weight to lose.  Excuses and denials rule the day until their desire to change and their belief that they can change is realized and resonates.  A conscious desire to change must be met with like programing in the subconscious mind, other wise the weight loss patient will be conflicted.  Until next time, Dr. Mark Doyle
