5 Tips For Losing Weight

Well, here are 5 tips to lose some weight...

1. Drink a lot of water!

Our body is mostly made of water, so you need to replenish it. Water also works to flush out toxins and other things the body does not need. The more water you have in your body the better you will feel (up to a certain level). Start your day with a glass of water!

2. Do not drink sweetened sodas.

 And if you do, try to limit the number you drink as much as possible. I know a lot of people like them, I do too, however, they will make it harder for you to lose weight and even add weight.

3. Try to eat foods that contain a lot of water.

 Tomatoes and watermelons contain up to 90% water. Water does not add extra weight in the long run.

4. Eat fresh fruits and try to stay away from drinking fruit juice.

A lot of the fruit juices contain loads of added sugar. Fruits have natural sugar that your body needs. You also get a lot of fibers when you eat fruit. If you really want fruit juice, try making your own from fresh fruits.

5. Eat a lot of fibers.

You body needs fibers to "regulate" your stomach and make it operate better, so you can lose weight.
Do these things and you will feel better and lose weight. Remember, you need to exercise and eat right to feel right.
