#50) Are you Positive or Negative? (MIND)

A lady asked me the other day, "Dr. Doyle, are you able , with the type of work you do,  tell if a person is positive or negative?"  Now that is really a good question and I told her so, because  I believe we cycle between the shades of  a positive and negative tone all the time.  Remember,  if we emotionally cycle as I describe  above,  then our body physiology must also follow, our internal chemistry, the hormones, the neurotransmitters and  all the cellular functions of our body are either in a positive state of increasing health and ease  or we are in the experience of a more negative state of contraction and lack of that ease.   But her question was,  Dr. Doyle , are you able to tell if a person is in a positive or negative state of being?   Well , here is one way I can tell and you will be able to  use this  same self-examination on yourself to effectively determine where you are in this cycle at any given  moment.  As a matter of fact , the mere act of self examination can also be the treatment to bring you back into alignment with who you really are.  Are you ready?  Drum roll please...

From where you sit at this very moment, look around and find something or think of anything that you can be thankful for,  that you can appreciate.  It could be the amazing gift of sight, give appreciation for your ability to see the beauty of colors, find the color red and let it amaze you , just the gift of sight alone is a mind blower but now add the colors and shapes.  Find appreciation for your ability to hear, to smell, to feel , to think a thought, a positive constructive thought.   Now go outside and find appreciation for the beauty of nature, a plant, a leaf, a flower, a bug, the sound of the wind through the trees, birds...  Find that state of appreciation and awe within you,  for  the complexity of nature and of  our universe.

Contemplate our  planet Earth, as it rotates on its axis at 1,050 mph  while at the same time it (and you and me) orbits the sun at  66,600 mph.  As the earth spins on its axis (1,050 mph) , every 24 hours it completes one full rotation (yep, that is a night and day for us) and in one full year or 365 days it completes one full orbit around the sun.   And then our sun and solar system (and you and me)  which is part of the humongous Milky Way galaxy,  is also orbiting  this Milky Way,  at an approximate speed of  558,000 mph (yes it takes our solar system about 200 to 250 million years to orbit the Milky Way) and the Milky Way, of which our solar system is part, is also traveling through the universe at a speed of  666,000 mph.  Step into the intricate complexity of our dimension of reality and feel a sense of appreciation and awe for your existence in this amazing cosmic experience.

Bottom line , when you have entered  into that distinct "feeling" state of  mind  that characterizes the sense of  gratitude, thankfulness and  appreciation,  then you are centered into a positive state of being.  Your energy/frequency is now improved  and you are in the experience of  a greater state of cellular health  with a positive shift to more harmonious body chemistry.  When you are residing deep  into a state of negativity you will not want to entertain this exercise of appreciation, as a matter of fact you will find yourself sarcastic and critical of the process.  If you are just a shade negative you will find the process difficult even though you will be willing to try but if you persist you will experience the "shift" in consciousness from negative to positive, it happens in a second like  flipping a switch and lighting a darkened room.

My good friend Buddha once said, "All that we are is the result of our thoughts."  and  John Milton  is quoted as saying, "The mind is its own place, and in it self, can make a Heav'n of hell , and hell of Heav'n.

Personally , I practice the art of appreciation often and throughout the day.  I want in my life, greater peace and calm and joy and happiness with a constant state of eagerness and excitement for the future.
I use the  DEEP Release  method to erase any negatives and then center myself into a state of appreciation.   I created the DEEP Release Clear Mind Process a decade ago and have spent many years fine tuning and perfecting the process.  The DEEP Process is instrumental in allowing trapped emotions from negatively charged events to be released-freeing us from the bondage of these entrenched neuro-chemical pathways and reactions in the mind-body complex.

DEEP stands for Doyle Emotional Erase Procedures.

Count your blessings, I promise you they are there-they are everywhere.  Until next time, Dr. Mark Doyle.
