Everyone likes to eat carrot because of its sweet taste. Nobody knows about the health facts of carrot.Mostly we think that eating carrot helps to decrease eyesight.But there are many health benefits of carrot.Eating carrot prevents different types of diseases.





Carrot prevents the cancer:

Eating carrots can prevent the breast cancer,lung cancer.Including carrots daily in  the diet can be used to cure many harmful diseases.Breast cancer can be found mostly in middle age  women.This problem can be overcome by the  carrots.This carrot is a good medicine for every mother.Lung cancer can be seen mostly in men due to the smoking.Lung cancer causes mainly due to the genetics and smoking.Eating carrots can save the men and women from lung cancer and breast cancer.

Lowers heart  risks:

Eating carrot  can prevent  heart diseases .Due to the carotenoids present in the carrot ,there is a less chance of heart diseases.So include carrot in your diet daily.It also reduces the cholesterol levels in the blood.Many of old age people  get suffered form the heart risks .In order to reduce this problem  in old age ,eat the carrots.This is the very easy way of preventing the heart diseases.Eating 6 carrots a week reduces the stroke problem.

Anti-aging medicine:

Carrot is a good anti aging medicine.Many of the skin problems like acne,dry skin can be avoided by eating the carrot.It helps to slow down the aging of the skin cells.So eat carrot and prevent the problem of aging of the skin.

Keeps your teeth clean:

Carrots keeps your teeth clean after eating meals.These carrots eliminates the dirt from the teeth and gums.The minerals present in the carrot were used kill the germs present in the mouth and it reduces the damage of teeth.Stains on the teeth can also be controlled by the carrot.

Good vision:

Carrots provides good vision for eyes.Retina needs the Vitamin A.Lack of Vitamin A causes night blindness.

natural tips to remove wrinkles around eyes


Under-eye wrinkles is one of the most  commom problems for everyone.These wrinkles can be slowed down  by following some tips.Wrinkles around eyes  increases our  age.








                         

Cucumber slice:

Wrinkles can be avoided with the cucumber slices.Wash your face and clean it.Lie down and relax for 20 minutes by keeping the cucumber slices on the eyes.This is really very useful for the removal of wrinkles.

Avoid  coffee and alcohol:

Avoid the coffee and alcohol drinks.Drink plenty of water daily ,Lemon juice  with great taste  can also be used  to remove wrinkles.This is used  to reduce aging process.

 Sleep a lot:

Sleep atleast for 8 hours a day.It is good for health.Sleep lying on your back ,don't sleep on your belly with the face pressed against the pillow.This is the useful tip for the wrinkles around eyes problem.

Move to the healthier food:

Diet is also one of the factor for the wrinkles under eyes.So the main thing is to stop the junk food and move to the healthier food.

Tips for the healthy and beautiful eyes:


                             

1.Apply mixture of cucumber juice and some amount of rose water around the eyes and then wash it after 10-15 min.It is useful  to reduce swelling of his eyes.
2.Apply thin layer  of  castor oil on the  eyebrows and eyelashes at night to increase the strength of eyelashes.
3.Eat lots of vegetables and fruits such as papaya ,carrot,mango and spinach etc.These are rich in beta carotine that keeps your eyes healthy.
4.Keep a slice of potato or cucumber on the eyes to remove dark circles and eye wrinkles.
5.Drink plenty water  which is useful to prevent swelling of the eyes.
Regularly eating these foods can lead to good eye health:
1.Green leafy vegetables like spinach were healthy.
2.Oranges and  other citrus fruits.
3.Eggs,nuts,beans, and  other non-meat protein sources.

Food diet is very important for healthy eyes.They should eat carrots,oranges,eggs,papaya.Children should watch the television  from a distance of atleast four meters.Mostly children play gmaes in  computers .The computer screen should be placed at eye level .The distance between the screen and eyes should be 18 inches.

 

2.Eye care for adults:


                 
Adults diet should include the foods that were rich in Vitamins A,E, and C.Papaya,Oranges,Carrots were good for healthy eyes.Adults should have limited exposure to the computer,otherwise it results in red eyes,eye fatigue.Washing eyes regularly is necessary.To prevent the eye diseases like catarat that cause due to the UV rays can prevented by using good pair of sunglasses.

Eye care  during old age:



In this age most  care is needed for the eyes beacause many of them loses eye sight gradually in the old age.
They should have good diet and timings of taking food.They should have regular check up for the early detection of serious eye diseases.
