#42) Romania & Germany are #1

My blogs are widely read and my biggest readership right now, outside of the good ole USA is Romania and Germany and Russia.  These countries apparently have a keen interest in weight loss and in our system/approach to weight loss for life.

30/10 Weight Loss For Life has started providing our slim down solution to clients out of state and out of country.  I go so far as to send my clients a body composition scale to measure not only body weight but body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, BMI and body age.  I also send my clients a months worth at a time of specific food products and nutrition.  I include my favorite hypnosis tapes and I want a skype or phone session  twice a week  to coach them along their way.

As a hypnotherapist and having created the DEEP Release Clear Mind Process I will want to provide necessary stress reduction measures and one on one DEEP sessions over the phone to  change negative belief patterns  a client may have.  Beliefs  that often  serve only  to hold them back and keep them trapped into a negative and defeating perspective about themselves and their future.
