#39) Down 18.8 LBS. in one WEEK!!



I had a new "biggest winner" client this week.  Gentleman who started the 30/10 Weight Loss For Life program one week ago had his first week weigh-in yesterday, he was down 18.8 lbs.!!  His starting weight was 395.

My biggest winner female this week  is 5' 2" and her initial weigh-in last week was  at 166 lbs.
She lost 9.6 lbs. in her first week.

Both "winning"  clients reported great energy and no hunger or cravings for their first week.
The only exercise I want my clients to do is a brisk 20 min  walk every day if they are able.  Some of my clients are so heavy that they cannot do a walk  and that is fine, they will still lose big weight.

50% of weight loss and weight gain is diet and the other 50% is mental/emotional/habit.  The 30/10 solution provides clients with excellent products for breakfast, lunch, 3:00 snack.  They will have only one meal a day that they will have to prepare for themselves and that will be a dinner per my specifications.  They will also need to add veggies to the lunch product that I provide.

My 475 lb. client who started last week, I provided him with two breakfast products, two lunch products, two 3:00 snacks and two other products for after dinner.  Everyone is different based on their size and weight and on their hunger and craving issues as to the number of products I provide to make them comfortable and keep them satisfied.  The 30/10  Weight Loss For Life program is not about starving, it is about letting go the junk and adding good nutrition back into your diet.  Most overweight people are in my opinion, nutritionally starved and hence the hunger and the cravings.
Some folks stress or emotionally eat, it is not body hunger that they are overeating for.  Helping clients slim down and get healthy again is fun and when the weight drops off quickly and effortlessly, the process of change  becomes exciting and encouraging.

The really great aspect of this program is that we will not abandon you after you have reached your ideal weight.  We want you to continue to come in for periodic/frequent accountability weigh-ins at no charge-for the rest of your life.  We want you to gain the experience and the skill and the certainly that comes with "error correcting" any "early" weight gains, by yourself, with regular foods.  We all fluctuate in weight above and below our ideal weight and this is normal.  With the 30/10  program we want you to develop the skills, knowledge and experience of losing any gained weight on your own, so you can become empowered with your own ability to keep the weight off .  We are your source of accountability and your coach for as long as you  desire.

30/10 means women average 30lbs. in 10 weeks (3 lbs. per week)  and men average 50/10 ( 5 lbs. per week).

Your personal Ideal weight is based upon science and fact.  We look to see your body fat composition percent into the  normal range for your age group and for your visceral fat rating to also fall into the  normal range.  When your body composition numbers fall into the normal range then you have reached your "ideal" weight.  A client's "target" weight is typically a weight number they pull out of their hat based upon emotion.  The target weight is not based on science and fact and is most often a number that would keep the client still over weight with the same sluggish, fat storing metabolism as they started with.  When you reach your ideal weight your metabolism becomes fast and efficient and you become a fat burner as your hormones come back into balance and your activity level naturally increases.  From your "ideal" weight you then establish your "set point" weight, that specific body weight number where you feel and look your best within the parameters of  normal body composition findings for body fat percent and visceral fat rating,  for your age group.
